Free Dental Appointment
Do you need a free adult dental appointment *
Eastridge Church, as a part of the Tools 4 Schools Backpack Program, is hosting a Health and Wellness Fair from 10am-3pm on August 9. You are welcome to check out the booths and take advantage of the services they will offer, such as free hair trims, before or after your assigned backpack pick up time. There will be fun activities for kids of all ages. There will be a dental van to serve adults at the Health and Wellness Fair. To sign up, circle the “Y” on the bottom of the registration form and indicate how many appointments you need. The van will only be able to accommodate 12 appointments, so if more than 12 people sign up, we will have a random lottery to assign appointments. Once we have our 12 appointments assigned to people, we will try to work out a schedule that is compatible with everyone’s backpack pick up times. We will also maintain a waiting list we will pull from if people don’t make it to their scheduled appointments.
