Perfect Hard Boiled Eggs! I used this method for boiling eggs for Easter, and it was perfect!
First place the eggs close together in a bottom of a large pan. Then fill with cold water. Turn burner to high.
Optional, you can add 2 tablespoons of vinegar to water to avoid the egg whites coming out of the eggs that crack: (some say affects tastes of egg, I did not use it and only had 2 cracked eggs out of 50 eggs and 1 looked like this!
When eggs come to a rapid boil, turn off burner and cover pan with lid and let sit for 12 minutes.
Place the pan into the sink. Remove the lid and let cold water run into the pan overflowing constantly for 3 minutes.
Take each egg out of the water and dry with a clean towel and place back into the egg carton. Place in fridge to keep cool! Make sure to label your carton as hard boiled:)
And walla! Perfect yoke and no crack!
