This recipe truly is EXTREMELY EASY using only 4 ingredients!
If you have little ones they love watching the magic of the pancakes growing in the oven before their eyes:)

INGREDIENTS:
1-1/2 cup flour
1-1/2 cup milk
6-eggs
1/2 cup butter

DIRECTIONS:
First preheat oven to 425' and move your oven rack down one (not all the way to the bottom, but one up)
Then, in a blender add milk and eggs, then add flour. Blend for about a minute, do not over mix.

Next in a 9x13 casserole dish, add the butter and put in oven until the butter is all melted and bubbly (about 3 minutes) (I doubled my recipe, you would only have one pan)

Next pour the batter straight from the blender into the melted butter pan. (below is my recipe I doubled)

Cook at 425' for 20-25 minutes. Make sure you peak to watch the magic:)

Take out of oven and serve with syrup and or fruit, and or powdered sugar. YOU DO NOT NEED BUTTER!
Mine got a little brown so make sure you check often:) (But it was still nummy!)
