Work up a sweat.
To look and feel your best have a vigourous work out....what is vigorous? You need to breathe hard and sweat! When your heart is pumping it gives you more energy! If you stretch for a few minutes, then give yourself a 20 heart pumping activity, such as aerobics, running, or jogging you will feel better and feel better about youself. Once you get in a groove, start lifting weights or do push-ups. Make sure you stretch when you cool down too.
