Recipe - Homemade chicken soup!

One of my favorite recipes

Ever buy a whole cooked chicken at Costco?

Do you find you have tons of meat left with no where to go!

Homemade chicken soup is easy:)

Ingredients:
1 - left over whole chicken
1/2 bag mini carrots cut up
1/2 onion cut up
4 stalks of celery cut up
chicken boullon (to taste)
pepper (to taste)
basil (to taste)
oregano (to taste)
(optional) noodles (any kind, any amount, cook seperately first)

Directions:
1.) Break left over chicken into 4 big pieces (bones and all) and add to a large pot. Fill pot 3/4 full of water.
2.) Add onion, celery, and carrots. Bring to a boil, simmer with lid on for 1 hour.
3.) (If adding noodles cook seperately now). remove all chicken (watch for small bones) let cool for 5 minutes. Remove all bones and shred chicken and add back to pot. (Drain noodles and add at this time)
4.) Since you boiled the bones there is some stalk taste. Add seasonings to your taste.
This makes a huge pot! All 4 of my boys love it!
