Extremely Easy Recipe!

3 Extremely Easy Pig Bits







Whole Chicken in the Crockpot!
Ingredients:
Whole chicken
small onion, cut in chunks
bag of mini carrots (use as many as like)
2 medium potatoes, washed 1" cubes (peel optional)
Johnny's Seasonoing
garlic powder
1 cup water

Steps:
  1. Turn crockpot on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
  2. Wash potato (peel if desired) cut into about 1" cubes, add to crockpot, cut onion in chunck and add to crockpot, add desired carrots.
  3. Add water
  4. Rinse Chicken and take out innards if included. Add Johnny's seasoning and garlic powder to chicken. Set on top of vegetables. Put on lid.
  5. Cook low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
****Tips - Buy Whole Chicken on sale and freeze. Thaw for a few days in fridge and throw in crockpot before work! I make rice with it and serve the juices and veggies over the rice. Enjoy!
