I already showed you how I made the Super Bowl Party Bags for the Super Bowl. Now I will show you how I made the colored popcorn, AKA 'Beast Corn' favoring the running back Marshawn Lynch.

You can make yours any color using flavored jello for the color of your favorite team!

Ingredients:
8 cups popped popcorn (from popcorn maker)
1/4 cup butter or margarine
3 tbls. light corn syrup
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
2 pkg. (3oz.) JELL-O your choice of 2 different colors

***I bought 4 packages of JELL-O to double it for a large party....repeat the steps below for each color.

Directions:

(1) Preheat oven to 300'
(2) Line a large baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray or use wax paper
(3) Pop the popcorn in your popcorn maker into large bowl. Measure 8 cups into another large bowl avoiding uncooked kernels.

(4) On the stove, heat the butter/margarine and the light corn syrup on medium heat until melted, add the JELL-O and the brown sugar, bring to a boil. Cook until bubbly and well mixed about 3-5 minutes.

(5) Pour mixture into bowl of popcorn and stir until covered evenly.

(6) Pour into baking sheet and spread apart. Bake at 300' for 10 minutes.

(6) Remove foil from pan and set aside to cool about 10-15 minutes

 (7) Break into small pieces and put into large bowl or airtight containers
