A very EASY and numy recipe!

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups cookies with red and blue chips (can be any kind, look in bakery at any store,  or look for 4th of July                                                               special edition cookies on shelves)
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 8oz. cream cheese, softened
1 tub cool whip, thawed
1 graham cracker pie crust
patriotic sprinkles:)
(optional, add some extra candies by adding 1/2 cup red and blue M&Ms)

DIRECTIONS:

1. Break or chop up cookies into chunks, set aside.
2. Beat cream cheese on medium speed with electric mixer until fluffy in a small bowl. Add sugar and lemon juice and beat until mixed. Stir in the cookies and cool whip.
3. Spread into the pie crust.
4. Freeze for 1 hour, then put into fridge for 2 hours minimum.

HERE IS A LOOK AT THE INSIDE
I would add the M&Ms for extra color. Ours was a bit soft due to hungry children:)
