What I love about this recipe is that I have made it so many different ways and they all turned out GREAT! Which is why I named it the "WHATEVER CROCK POT CHILI."
You need ANY 4 cans of beans (garbanzo, red kidney, black bean, white bean, etc....all different or the same) and either a can of corn (to keep it vegetarian) or 1 lb ground turkey, hamburger, or chicken...(to make it meaty). This recipe can cook quick on high for 2 hours, or longer on low for 6 hours).
(You can double this recipe to make a whole crockpot full for parties!)

Ingredients:
1 can black beans, drained
1 can red kidney beans, drained
1 can garbanzo beans, drained
1 can chili beans, drained
1 can corn, drained OR 1-cup. cooked ground turkey, beef, or shredded chicken
1 can cut tomatoes...DO NOT DRAIN
1 medium onion, chopped (if doubling still use just one but large)
1 medium green pepper, chopped (if doubling, still use just one but large)
2 stalks of celery, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbls. chili powder
1 tbls. dried oregano
1 tbls. dried basil

Directions:

Add all ingredients to the crock pot (MAKE SURE YOU DRAIN BEANS WELL!)
Cook on high 2 hours or low 6 hours.
***IF DOUBLING, cook high 3 hours and low 8 hours***
serve with cornbread (recipe HERE)
