Extremely Easy Recipe!

3 Extremely Easy Pig Bits

Extremely Easy Recipe
Chicken soup from left overs!
Ingredients:
1 whole chicken picked over
onion
celery, or bok choy (just used this and was great!)
carrots
2-4 chicken bullion  cubes or chicken stock
any other vegetable you like!
2 cups cooked large macaroni
Steps:
1. Put left over chicken carcass with meat still left on it. Cover it with water in large pot and bring to a boil. Simmer for 30 - 45 minutes. Strain broth into another large pot. Pick off chicken from bones and add to broth. (I just leave mine in the same pot, but can be small bones that children can choke on so you choose).
2. If need, add more water, then add bullion cubes or chicken stock, and add as many cut up vegetables you like. Bring back to a boil and simmer 30 min.
3. Cook 2 cups of large elbow macaroni in separate pot. Strain and add to soup.
4. Add salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
